aicontactsafe form component

i have downloaded and installed aicontactsafe from this location: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... I7fQ%3D%3D

i have configured the form fields to my own style but each time i attach any document to the form, after successful submission, i found out that anything attached doesn't submit with the form, not even a link to the attached document will show with it but other info would definitely submit. I need help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee

It doesn't bring any error message, after filling and submitting d form, I checked the email have ordered it to submit to, other fields in the form were submitted but d attachement doesn't submit and not even a link to d attached file reflected.
