Advanced Order Manager for Virtuemart?

I purchased it and it seems that the only version availabe for download after purchase is the free version with limitations?

The version I got seems to Work but is missing the most important feature from the PRO version that I purchased, which is to be able to download the found data to csv/Excel.

Has anyone ever received the full version and have it running?
I have emailed the seller http://www.jmextensions.com/ several times but never get any reply.

Can anyone help me in any way?
