Extensions in use

I want to upgrade my site to Joomla 3. I want to [* spam *] out extensions that could be problematic when I do this. The problem is that over time many extensions were installed that could be no longer effectively used by other components. Is there a way to find this out, a kind of where-used, without having to test everything?
Specifically I have Alikon extensions installed, but if I do a refresh Cache, I get a lot of errors - see below. Can I just uninstall these items? Can I know in advance whether my site will not break if I do this?

if you don't want to use it, you can remove via extension manager.
if have bug with extension, you can check and re-install
