JMarket and Joobi.com Feedback
Hi,
Has anyone used Joobi.com products? I am thinking using their JMarket store because they have a multivendor product but I do not see it in the Extensions directory and therefore there is no feedback.
They do offer a 30 day free install but before I spend the time learning the program I want to get some feedback from the community. Any help will be appreciated. I am looking for a multivendor solution and this seems to be the best fit so far. Other options that I have looked at include:
1. X-cart Pro/Gold
2. Drupal with Ubercart Marketplace module
3. CS-Cart Multi-Vendor
4. Magento
5. http://www.ixxocart.com
Any feedback will be appreciated. If you are looking for a multivendor solution I will be happy to answer your questions.

Hi!
have you tried AceShop? ( http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... cart/19307 )
they've got this Multi Store feauture: http://www.joomace.net/joomla-extension ... ulti-store
or
also there is this an Open Cart extension that works on Ace Shop for Multivendor site:
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=5213
I was thinking to give it a try but I would like to have some feedback from other users first.

Hi,
I have looked at opencart but don't see a multivendor option. I see the multistore feature but I need a single store with multiple vendors. Am I missing something? Is there a multivendor option for opencart or Aceshop that I don't see?

Re: JMarket and Joobi.com Feedback
Hi,
As a long-term Joomla user, I have to say that jMarket is one of the slickest bits of code I have ever encountered. The people behind this have taken the time and trouble to really understand the complexities of multi-vendor. And they listen to their clients.
This is just my review base on my experience with the product
Pros:
Update and install is easy they are all in one installer - unlimited update
Support is topnotch and free
very well design for beginners
direct edit functionality is powerful - n need to hire a freelancer anymore to make a field or changes views or translations.
Bug Fixing is faster - most bugs are fixed in few hours, no need to wait for next release
They seriously listen to criticism and improve the product
All functionality of the multi-vendor are almost there
Developers assistance is free for all if you encounter difficulty
Cons
Missing extra field functionality and geolocation - but they said it will be available before end of the year
Not listed in JED
You might want to check one of my project which i am currently working using jMarket. https://www.yuik.cl
Only choose this product if you don't want to spend your time learning how to upload a simple product or to make it work. jMarket just work. If you hesitate you can contact there support and ask a list of websites using the product, thats what i did first to have an impression.
Goodluck

Hi,
Can you tell me why the extension is not listed in the directory? Does it have any known issues or something?

I've proved this extension and it's a good solution, complete, and easy to configure, with a lot of possibilities.
