Implementing some facility

Hello Sir,

We have an organisation which publish journal every 3 months i.e yearly 4 journals from the year 1969.
We have an over 1000 members of an organisation. Oraganisation wants to give download paper of journal for free only for organisation members but not all the papers once at a time.

The site is developed in Joomla 2.5 and created old Journal Papers in a hierachy like
Decade->Year->Volume->Articles->Abstract Image (journal-archives/1971-1980/1973/jul-sept-1973/Articles)
categorized structure. Also put a Download button in every article, all are publicly available. Papers are stored in Drive.

Suppose the member of an organisation has already registered with site and want to download the any year paper then organisation wants to put a two fields username and email after clicking on Download button and after checking their authentication only with username and information like passowrd for pdf (We have encrypted pdf with password) or pdf download link of respected article will be sent to entered email id without log in.

Is this possible?

There are several file manager Joomla extensions that would allow that. Have a look and try them out.
