Hi
I love your counter and have implemented it on my site.
I would like advice on one thing:
How can I start the weekly count from Thursday rather than Sunday/Monday?
My site updates content on Thursday and I would like to set that day as the start of the week.
Thank you
Peter

is there an option to just display the visitor count?
i mean disabling the statistics of day to day visits...

Yes, you can type '
0' (zero) or '
o' to don't show Today, Yesterday... statistics

I posted this somewhere (that's embarassing - I can't find where!)
Basically I've got the counter up and running fine - but - the display time seems to be set to GMT - and I am in CET summer time - so it's two hours behind the "real" time.
How do I set this correctly? - I'm guessing the module must be reading off my computer clock - but this is displaying the correct time (I'm on a Mac OSX 10.4)
Your help much appreciated - as always....

Yeah,
Vinaora Visitors Counter use GMT offset time from Global Configuration of Joomla.

How to reset counter
1. Open your database, find "
jos_vvisitcounter" table and drop it
2. Open "
Vinaora Visitors Counter" module, go to "
Parameters", set "
Initial Value" = 1

OK, I see.
Your language's direction is right to left, not left to right.
Open
[Joomla]/modules/mod_vvisit_counter/helper.php, go to
line 252, and replace by
Code: Select all
$content .= '<div style="text-align: center; dir: ltr;">';

With one IP, the counter plus 1 after 15' = 900s (Session Time Default)

Hi
I have a BIG problem with the Vinaora Visitors Counter.
I have installed Joomla 1.5.10 and I have installed vinaora visitors counter. Its works OK but 3 days ago I have updated my Joomla installation to 1.5.11 version at 6:00 pm 3 days ago.
Since 3 days ago the counter doesnt works OK, the Vinaora Visitors Counter Module take the begin of the day at 6:00 pm!!!! for example tomorrows Saturday at 6:00 am have 50 visitors at 12:00 pm have 120 at 4:00pm have 152 visitors BUT after 6:00pm its show 1 visitors, at 7:00pm its show 10 visotors and so on.
WHY?
Can any body help me? Why the module take 6:00pm like the begin of the days and star the counting form 0 at 6:00pm of everyday??
Until today and NOW I have the next visitors:
Today 6 visitors
Yesterday 152 visitors
This Week 771 visitors
This Month 3600 visitors
ALL 7179 visitors
But I dont like it, because before the 6:00pm the module showed 152 and minutes after the module shows 3 visitors!!
Its happened AFTER updated from Joomla 1.5.10 to 1.5.11
Can you help me what can i do to fix thats problem and continue with my actual visitors?

Did you set right Offset Time?
Example: If I'm living in Hanoi - Vietnam, I'll choose UTC+7.
