form in an accordion (multi step form)

Hi all

I was wondering if there is a good standard solution to put a form in a sort of accordion (fold in/out) setup. What I mean is that I would like to make a configurator. People have to fill a checkbox or radiobutton in step 1 and click next, then the next part of the form folds out, step 1 should fold in. The visitor has to make the next choice in step 2. In total I have about 6 to 7 steps and I would like to have them on one page. The end result should be 1 email with all choices that the visitor has made.

I hope this makes sense and that someone can supply me with a good solution.
