JCe Mediabox Video problem

Im trying to upload a .wmv video file to my website and play using the jce mediabox plugin, its not picking up the video for some reason, what should i do?

When I try to play your video, I get this error in my console in Firebug: "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://tropicaldesignstx.com/images/rsv ... ung.de.mp4"

I would double check your file URL in Mediabox. I'd also suggest changing the name of your file so it doesn't include any spaces, symbols or punctuation.

Huh... I'm actually stumped on that one. I used MediaBox pretty frequently, but I've not run into the problem you are having. I would double check that you are running the latest version of both JCE and MediaBox. If you are, and the problem is still happening, I'd try posting to the JCE forums. The developers there are really helpful.

Note: I do think you have to be a paying subscriber to post to the JCE forums.

Yea I know you have to pay, Dont think its worth it. I am using media box and "allvideos" plugin. Not even this works... Im stumped.
