This page is WP ,but i like front news of it and try to find joomla extension that show in front news joomla like this page

It is all in the template..
It is a category blog view, articles having a readmore line..
the design is usually done in your template.. but as this one uses ajax to load new when at the bottom of the page, you could look in the JED to see if there's any..

I think this interface is done by template. This kind of template is called showcase/portfolio template. But you could try to use Joomla portfolio component such as BT Porfolio...
