problem with km fans translate extension

Hi.I have a problem with my language translation.I have used the extension:KM fans trans and i installed two language(English and Greek) following the correctly steps.However i front problem.My site does not show the languages and it can not to do translation.Why??Maybe Should i to do change into the administrator even??Please i need help..
