Form (Calbook)

Hello, need help on the Joomla form ( as per image attached)
After clicking the register button, the screen should change to "Thank you for your registration", but it doesn't.

But, when user click 'Register', i do receive the email registration. Its just that the screen is not changing to confirm. So, user thinks the form is not working and keep on pressing the 'Register' button, flooding my email.

Can someone assist me?

You can use Simple Registration - Joomla! Extension, this extension is best for the form registration.
