Russian text in source code-all pages.. Have I been hacked?

Hi

I'm running a Joomla website and have just seen that on all my pages, in the source code, there is a massive block of russian text / links.

It looks like I've been hacked, but I'm quite new to Joomla (even though the website has been live for around a year) and have no idea on a) How to check whether it is the result of a hack, b) How to get rid of the text / links, and c) how to stop if happening again (i've already changed my administrator password)

If anyone has any knowledge or advice that would be much appreciated!

Many thanks

Will tell you what to do
But basically you have to delete all your files and put the core files from the Joomla full package on the server. And scan all PC's/Mac's for Trojans etc. But there is much more, click the link to see the list.
