Dropped my designer and now I noticed a strange Russian Link

Post by zpyr0 » Sat Sep 22, 2012 12:43 am

Hey everyone, first post here of probably many >.>

I recently dropped my web designer because he was not being responsive or answering emails for about a week. While working on my site, I noticed russian font that is a link to Joomla-master..

The only things I know so far is that Rockttheme Template Fracture is install. I've been kinda piecing this together as I go. I've included a link to my problem with Chrome's "inspect elements" over the text.

assuming you got your template and extensions from the proper source,
is there an module/extension on that page that you dont use anywhere else?
does it appear if you change the template?

i think first you should get a new template but if you cant go that route
try this

pull down EVERY SINGLE file that makes your joomla site
into your computer
open a program like Dreamweaver
and tell it to search a folder on your computer for the text joomla-master

it will automatically stop at each one of the times it finds it
Open that file and change it to your own link

If you just remove it, you might break something in your template
