How to resolve errors in my site all of a sudden

My website is at www.iskconsigatoka.com and all of a sudden I got these errors on the mainpage.

I tried to login through joomla admin panel, but as soon as I log in, I get a 404 - Component not found page so I cant do anything. In the URL I get http://website/administrator/%3Cbr%20/% ... /index.php

Please advice how to resolve.
