Joomla Administration shows hacked

I can successfully login to my website's Joomla Administration.

However, when I attempt to access any of the options there, such as 'Article Manager', I see the following error messages:

[hacker kudos]

I'm unable to update my website and wondered if anyone knows what is causing these messages to be displayed.

The website is still working correctly - I just can't update any of it now.

Any help with this issue would be very much appreciated.

The website is still working correctly - I just can't update any of it now.
your site is not working correctly else it would not display the message.
you are hacked you nee to follow the forum sticky to do with being hacked.

Thank you for your response.

When I stated that my website is still working correctly, although the Joomla Administration appears to be hacked, I meant that the site is still online.
