2.5 Fatal error: Class 'JDatabase' not found

Hello,
My joomla 2.5 has been hacked a while ago. I turned on the anti spam fire wall for that server and it became healthy again.
I moved the website to another server so it might not affect my other websites and use all the bandwidth. however, after that I am getting the same error.
I can not update to any newer version now. but I am going to run the FPA from joomla.
and I found spam virus by the way and killed it with my antivirus.

I would appreciate any help.
I will post the FPA results here.

Please refresh completely your browser. Clean all history, cookies, cache etc etc and refresh. Check in another browser

Also post the full error message please. Your title is just part of the full error
