I can't access my xampp localhost front end site

I can get easily to the back end, but I get the 'Page cannot be displayed' error when I try to reach the site and the Troubleshooter brings no joy.

I've attached the index.php as I assume that the error is there

Any help would be appreciated...

set error_reporting to maximum in back-end, then see more.

Check your php error logs, there could be plugins or something firing on the front end crashing your site (usually third party).
