Issue with file/directories permissions

Hi,

Now I am experimenting and issue with an Joomla 2.5 instance, it is related with file/directories permissions when I want to execute very basic operations (i.e.: upload an image to my media library).

Next, a report from Joomla administrator panel (from Site -> Information system):

As you can see, various important workign directories are not writable (Unwritable).

Where we can read about file and directories permissions. I have some changes to file/dir permissions, but the result is the same:

By other hand, I have installed Joomla in another web hosting, and I have checked that file/dirs have the equals permissions.
