Joomla and MSSQL

Hi guys
strange i know, but i have a SQL 2008 running on a machine.
i installed Joomla and now while configuring it i found myself in a bit of a bind.
http://devserver/joomla/installation/in ... w=database
what do i select under database type ?
can it work with MSSQL or do i need to install MySql ?

i appreciate any help

At the moment, you can only use Mysql on Joomla 1.6.
