Update to 1.7.3 still shown although manually done

Joomla versions 2.5, 1.7 and 1.6 are all end-of-life since December 31st 2014 and are no longer supported. Please use Joomla 3.x instead.

Update to 1.7.3 still shown although manually done

Hello,

I updated 1.7.2 to 1.7.3 manually, but the update is still shown in Extensions/Updates. Could this point to a problem?

Use Admin Tools to reinstall.

No problem. The version you are running is shown at the bottom.

The updater is using it's own tables that is not getting updated during a manual upgrade. You can ignore it and it will show the next version when it's released.
