Hi guys, I've just installed Joomla 1.7 and I got this message "Your host needs to use PHP 5.2.4 or higher to run Joomla 1.7."

My php version is 5.3.8.
Really don't know what's the deal, so... anyway, please let me know if you know how to make this work.

Are you sure that it really is running 5.3.8? Some hosting panels imply one version but really run another until you activate that version.

To test create a simple file called phpinfo.php, upload it your web site and load in your browser.

The file should just contain
<?php phpinfo() ?>
"Exploited yesterday... Hacked tomorrow"
