When I start install Joomla 2.5 at hosting web, I got the following error:

...libraries\joomla\language\language.php on line 1310 Fatal error: Call to undefined method JException::setModel() in \\NAS-001\WINSPACE004\10-cscabinet.com\www\installation\controller.php on line 63

Is this at the very beginning of the installation?
What about the beginning of the message?
Have you tried uploading a fresh copy of Joomla? If not suggest you do so but avoid using Windows own archive manager to unzip the files try 7-Zip.
Upload to the server using WinSCP. Last two points assuming you are on a Windows PC.
If this does not have any effect please run the Forum post Assistant to provide the information to help us try and resolve the issue.
