i installed just fine and it gave me a admin panel link i click it and it says cannot display this webpage any help my first time installing jooml

This unfortunately does not tell us very much of your problem at all.
Does your server match the minimum technical requirements?
Are you on a local or remote host?
What OS are you using?
Were there any identified errors in the Pre-installation screen?
If you type http://example.com/administrator or http://example.com do you get the error page in both situations? (replace example.com with your own domain).
Do you mean you get no login screen do you get a blank web page.

Please run the Forum Post Assistant to provide the server information to help us resolve the issue, and more detail of the issue.
