Problems with "labels" in backend

Hello there,

I do not know why it is so but after successful installation I got backend without titles of items and just like in the attached image.
Can anyone please help me with this problem?

Welcome to Joomla forum!

The UPPERCASE_LABELS are Joomla's system labels that should be replaced with the text from the language files.
It seems that the language file for the language you have configured in Extensions > Language Manager > Installed Administrator: select another default language, or install the missing language pack.

Thanks Peter, I did all but it does not work at all ..I got this : "JLIB_UTIL_ERROR_XML_LOAD
/www/s/k/u32654/public_html/_sub/shed/language/en-GB/en-GB.xml
XML: failed to load external entity "/www/s/k/u32654/public_html/_sub/shed/language/en-GB/en-GB.xml"" and does not matter if I check as default my own language or English US ... English UK is default and the screen is the same, so I am really confused. I am not beginner in Joomla but nothing works...

I solved that problem problem is in the administrator directory languages ... somehow my program for extracting and copying files changed capital letters of files en-GB... and that was problem, why it is not working... yay, I am happy!
