I am having the same problem except it is on the first page where you choose language that the next button is not working so I know that is not a db problem.

I have tried doing 2 new fresh installs and still the same.

I have probably built over 30 joomla sites and this is the first time I have encountered this particular problem. I have never used this hosting company either so the problem could be there.

Are you also installing on XAMPP?
