Apologize If This Install Error Has Been Dealt With Before

I have Googled until I'm blue in the face, I can not find many topics on this install error and the topics I have found the problem has not been resolved..

I'am trying to do a fresh installation of a Rocket Theme Joomla 2.5 Template using the Rocket Theme Installation files..

Everything wen't well during the install, except I had to delete the Installation Directory and upload the Configuration file manually..

I'am able to access and log in to the Administration page without any issues.. However when I attempt to load the site it returns the following..

I tried the same Rocket Theme Quick Install of Joomla 2.5 on another server and everything wen't fine..

Please if anyone has any feedback or solutions please help me, I have a massive head ache from this right about now..
