joomla web installer does not shoes up

joomla web installer does not shoes up

Hello

I installed a new joomla siteshaper and the web installer gave me not the possibity to assign it at a new sql database. Also I need to add 'Sample data' (the template) and I dont know where...
Attached the uneditable back-end, I cannot edit an article and not a module...
thank you;

(the front end looks ok instead.)

- you install extension well or not?
- set error_reporting to maximum in configuration.php file and check
- check any javascript conflict?
