registration / account page contains error in email field

registration / account page contains error in email field

Hi,

At my registration form on my Joomla 2.5 website in combination with Virtuemart 2.0.X I somehow see a broken tag at my email field. when I click on it (to enter data) it opens my email client.

It looks like the <img src= class="required" maxlength="100" /> text that's displayed is somehow wrong, however I have no clue on where to edit which page.

Can someone guide me into the right direction on which file to edit here in order to fix this?

I hope I've put my question at the right section here, screenshot attached of the matter.

You can use ExtendedReg - Joomla extension, this very good extension.
