Hello,
I want to change my mysite.com/administrator page and I was wandering how it can be done with Cpanel, from where it can pop-up a login box with a white screen behind.
Is this possible to be done with AdminTools plugin ?

Yes this is one feature of the Admin Tools plugin. Be sure to read the documentation:

You can also password protect directories using cpanel. There are loads of tutorials out there on this.
