I have had this website live for a while now. There hasn't been any major changes to plugins or anything like that. The super user login has remained constant. I haven't had any successful logins by unwanted users. However, when I go to the administration panel it's all white.

If I enable debug mode all seems well. However, when it's in normal mode it returns to the white Administration panel login. Any suggestions.. mysite.com

suggest you increase the error reporting to max (you'll have to find it in /configuration.php, set it to:public $error_reporting = 'maximum';)
Often, but not always, a white screen is caused by a php error.
