Create RSS feed that includes subcategories

I would like to have an RSS feed from my site that includes all the articles from a category, including the subcategories of the category. So if someone signs up for RSS feeds from my site, the feed on their site will include articles from that category, and articles from the subcategories.

Seems like the "Rss type" is at fault here, because i change it to "atom" and the articles are displaying correctly. Compare
