[ASK] Blank Frontpage & Can't Login in Administrator

Excuse me master Joomla!,
I've 2 problems with my Joomla!, in front page display blank page, and in administrator I can't login, when write username password then click login button, back to administrator page.
Please, help me.

set error_reporting to Maximum in configuration.php file, then check error message?
