Where is my Sections Manager?

Hi, All,
I just downloaded and installed Joomla! 1.6.3 on my local computer under WAMP. I was going through a tutorial on using Joomla, and the tutorial said I have to use the Sections Manager to create pages. I have completely looked through the admin area; there is no Section Manager there. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

As you are noticing - there are a lot of differences between Joomla! 1.5 and Joomla! 1.6. One of those differences is that 1.6 uses Nested Categories instead of the Section/Category structure. This gives you greater flexibility in allowing you to have a virtually unlimited hierarchy of content.

When looking at tutorials or documentation please make sure the training is for 1.6. Here's some starter resources for 1.6 from the official Joomla! Documentation Site. http://docs.joomla.org/Category:Joomla%21_1.6

I am just now in the same situation, realising that I might actually be in a bit of trouble as it seems Joomla 1.6 is so new that there is a lack of training material like the video walkthrough there is for 1.5 ??

Even sections in the guide docs linked to here gives me a message that 1.6 is yet to be released.
