"Articles" H1 tag appearing before the article title...

Hello people,
I am still getting the same problem in Joomla 3.2, is it me or is the bug still not fixed?

It worked fine, the "Article" h1 does not show anymore, (I can still see the h1 tags in the source code though):

So far I have had my Article titles as h1 tags and I did not display the menu titles. I made the article titles h1 tags using a extension called header tags.

The problem I have is that after removing the "Article" my articles title does not show up as a h1 but as a h2. Does anyone know of a quick fix?

EDIT: sorry, just noticed this is only for Joomla 2.5. Could someone move it if it is better in the 3.x section?
