Media Manager How to set Detail View as default

Is there a was to set the default view of the Media Manager. Instead of the "Thumbnail View" I would like to use the "Detail View".

As this answer is four years old, I was wondering if there is now a way to set default view of Media Manager to "Detail View"?

Thank you Alex, but I want the "default" to be the Details View. I know that I can toggle between views.

I'd like to set "Detail View" as default too. Is there a way to set it in Jomla 3.5?
