I'm relatively new to Joomla 2.5, but am pretty familiar with 1.5. This weekend, I was fiddling around trying to set up permissions, and managed to mess up my installation such that the buttons and menus in my administration area have completely disappeared.
From what I've read on the forum so far, it may be something to do with the "Special" entry in jlvjp_viewlevels, but I tried fiddling with the rules and got nowhere.
Any help is much appreciated! I'm dead meat if I can't get the buttons back.

ADDENDUM: I should also add that I'm using RSFirewall, and that I'm unable to log OUT. The system won't even time me out. Very peculiar!
