Show articles only to owners

Hello, somebody can advise me how to solve this? :

In one section of site users will have personal documents, and because of this only destinatary user can read his personal document.

I was thinking to create a folder named DOCS where to save all articles ,and link this folder to menu.

The main problem is i don't know permission for Folder, articles and menu.

I created a menu link "Articles » Category List" and i'd like in this folder will be displayed only articles of user logged.. if some advise are welcome :)
