Hi there, I just installed Joomla, but when I go to my web site, I can not see the options to create and modify the look of my site.

Welcome to Joomla forum!

Are you logged in into the administrator back-end? (add /administrator/ behind the URL of your site)
Under Extensions > Template Manager you can select a template to modify the look of your site.
