Registration form not working in Joomla ?

Hi Friends

I have a registration form in our joomla site. When we register new user using registration button in form then registration not complete.

I have install a module 'Login Register' for registration. The registration button of that module not working ?
Please help me anyone how to use registration form in our Joomla 2.5 site ?

And Joomla's default register module not work?
