Error 500 at admin panel JFolder::create: Could not create d

I get Error 500 when i login as admin and it write JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Admin folder is set to 755

I have chmoded administrator,components,templates,plugins,tmp to 777 and i still get this error also memory limit is set to 128M
