Administrator page displayed incorrectly

Hi!

I have a problem regarding non graphical administrator page display as shown on attached .jpg.

I can normally log in and have all the rights to the page but I just can not work like this

I have three pages on one server: one joomla 1.7 and two joomla 2.5 and all show the same problem, but the first two worked fine before (normal display).

Has anyone encountered this before? Could it be a server problem?

Sometimes it happens when your Internet connection doesn't work properly.

Well I have opened administrator sites from all the three webpages on many different computer on different locations and also with IE, FF, Chrome... the result is always the same.
All I did was creating a new database and installed joomla under new domain - so it can not be possible to somehow damage the other databases or configuration.

I have access to everything, and everything appears to work... only the display is shown wrong... what could be the problem?

I think, either there is some problem with your php /tmp directory or you have created certain inappropriate folder inside public_html.

I would understand if this happens only on my new page, but why is it happening on my previous two pages, which I haven't touched...

I will ask the server administrator... but I doubt he will try and fix this...

Problem solved!

The server administration made a configuration change to default administration template due to frequent abuse, so the solution was simply to change the administration template to some other (stupid of me that I didn't try it before ).
