No "Images and Links" in the Add New Article panel

Did something go wrong with my installation or has the Images and Links form been retired? :(
The Joomla installation was Joomla 2.5.6 installed via the jUpgrade component, and then I upgraded it to Joomla 2.5.8.

Go to Content ⇒ Options ⇒ Editing Layout
CLICK Administrator Images and Links ⇒ Yes
CLICK Save & Close

i have face the same problem.i used the same as u tell.but no fix the problem.plz help!
