Database Collation is empty

Hi

I'm facing database issues since last night and I'm not sure if this is related to Joomla or database. I contacted my web-host but they updated me the issue may be related to Joomla.

Please see my attached screenshot.

In the System Information -> Database Collation shows empty value. It's supposed to show something like utf_generali_...

Because of this, I'm facing two notable critical issues.

1. Session errors when user login
2. An ordinary Administrator account gets the access of Super Admin access.

Please help me asap because I have put my website as Offline.
