I can not log in site

Good afternoon, I can not log in to the site registration form is different from the standard registration Joomla.
I have already changed the password I created a new superuser
Nothing helps. Help get access to the site.

Password changed in the database in format md5.
New superuser created through SQL query.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Did you make any changes to the website before that happened?

Have you tried this https://docs.joomla.org/Resetting_a_user_password ?

Thank you, problem solved. Hosting has run out of disk space and information has not been updated.

You are aware of that you are running a version of Joomla that is not supported since December 2014. If your host upgrade PHP on the server, your site will not work.

The current version of Joomla is 3.9.4
