Migration from my localhost to Cpanel

Good afternoon!

Hi! I'm Ruel and I'm a newbie in this forum and I hope that you'll be able to help me on my problem migrating my Joomla from localhost to Cpanel my webhosting server.

I just got a blank page no errors and on the tab I just have my logo icon.

I made my migration of mysqlphp right. Including my files are on the public html folder. Configuration.php have been configured using the same username and password for sql database, and the name of database is synchronized with it.

Is there any files in php that I need to tweak?

Did you follow these instructions:

Do you get a blank page if you go to the front end and the back end?

If you have access to the PHP error log, it usually contains the details of a PHP fatal error which caused the blank page. If you do not have access to it in your cPanel, you will need to talk to your hosting provider and at the same time double check the database connection details.

I only get a blank page on my front end and back end. I did try both of the instruction but I think I oversee my config.php. I'll try to fix my configuration hope this will work.

I already followed the step by step procedure based from your link including proper configuration of configuration.php
public $host = 'mswebnetwork.net';
public $user = 'pandelic_emlcom';
public $password = 'IgT8m&7ZF!V=';
public $db = 'pandelic_onlnemll_emallcom';
public $log_path = '/public_html/theonlinemallph/logs';
public $tmp_path = '/public_html/theonlinemallph/tmp';

this time this error flash on my screen "Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL."

I already reset my password two times and updated the configuration.php two times but still not working.

I already emailed my webhosting provider and waiting for their reply.

Please remove the username and password and other details from the previous post for security reasons.

The hosting provider should be able to give you the correct database connection details.
