Pomoc joomla 2.5.14

We have VTXPOLSKA forum on joomla 2.5.14. Nothing has been updated there for a long time because no one could. I have a question, is there anyone who could help me to upgrade to the latest version? For several months now I can't log in from tapatalk because it throws a network error. I wrote with the admin from tapatalk and he said that the error is on our side. Sorry but my English is very poor and I use a translator

Latest version of 2.5 is 2.5.28, released December 2014.

To add to Per's comment: because your Joomla version is so old, it only works with old PHP versions (probably the now outdated PHP 5.x). Your hosting company might have updated the PHP version, which could cause errors in your website.
