I'm running Extplorer in our Joomla site and am unable to view any of the files in our site root. I'm seeing the following directories:

+ea3_apache_build_htdocs
+moving.page
+php
+suspended.page

Site is hosted on Rochenhost and their support says it is a script configuration issue. Odd.... I haven't changed anything, just installed it like on any other site. Has anyone seen this?

Joomla 2.5.5. Just updated from 2.5.4 last night in hopes it would fix the problem.
