I am receiving this error and can't identify the correct coding, please help!

Warning: file_get_contents(http:) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/78/8850578/html/modules/mod_jw_srfr/includes/simplepie.php on line 7803

I have searched and searched for this resolution and unable to find an answer, I had a developer install simplepie.php and he has gone cold, any help is greatly appreciated!
