I posted this question in another area but did not get an answer. i just upgraded to Joomla 1.6. I need to embed video in my content. i want to use video that is on my site, not just waht is on You Tube. I have turned off filtering. I would like free ware, but will pay for software if necessary. I just need to know if is going to work. i have tried JCe tiny mce and jsct - xtream. i was able to do this in 1.5. Please somebody tell me how to do this or tell me what plug in I need. i am really not a programmer so I need specific instructions or the specific program. I have searched and tried everthing on the threads. I also tried jplayer.

From what I can tell this option does not permit video that resides on my webhosting site. I know I am a total beginner. Can some one provide the code or the name of a plug in that works.
