I want to use shorter images than the stock slideshow mandates that comes with the jaxstorm black template. I have used modules in the past that automatically scale to fit the height of the image, but this particular slideshow does not.

I successfully disabled the slideshow that comes with the jaxstorm-black template. And installed the Nivo-Slider module. I set this new slideshow to position 15 which is the slideshow position for this template, but it does not show up. For the record, I don't care which slideshow module I use (as long as it's free!) :)

Any help or advice anyone can provide? I am a brand new joomla user. Thanks so much!!

Hello,

Have you been able to solve your problem? I have been able to adapt the slide module quite a bit and might be able to help a little. This is how it looks on my site: http://www.rtjacobs.nl.

I have the same issue. I dont mind using the coded-in slideshow, but I need to adjust the height.. wayy too tall for my uses. I need it about 200px tall. How would I do that in CSS?
